Therefore, it plays vital roles in supporting the achievements of goals of the promotional mix. Personal selling increases the demand of products and services by increasing the products’ awareness towards purchase. When customers become aware of the availability of the product, then its demand will increase since they will start buying it. Through presenting information to the customers, personal selling is good at explaining the products’ information or any aspect related to the products hence giving explicit information regarding the product (Smith, Gopalakrishna & Smith 2004).
